His 26 years of practice and continual training have made him an expert in medicine and aesthetics: he’s held a cosmetology license since 1981, has trained under the co-inventor of Retin-A, and was a Dermatological cosmetic surgery fellow. Renowned as one of the Nation’s top cosmetic injectors, he’s performed nearly 10,000 filler injections and over 40,000 neurotoxin injections* (as of October 2023). He is a National Trainer in innovative techniques and treatments, including the Y-Lift and Cellenis Derma PRP. Dr. Helton employs mathematical principles of beauty to achieve precise filler placements, ensuring results that not only enhance the aesthetics of a face but appear natural. Sarah Bobich PA-C is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed by the states of California and Illinois. She’s been with Helton Skin & Laser Institute since 2010 and has over 13 years of extensive experience and knowledge in dermatology. She is committed to focusing on patient-centered care, comprehensive and preventative monitoring and treatment for skin cancers, and treatment of all dermatologic conditions.
McCall Johnson Miller
McCall Johnson Miller, PA-C, DMSc graduated with Honors from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Human Nutrition, followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) and a Doctorate of Medical Science (DMSc) from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She prioritizes building connections with her patients, educating them about dermatology, and empowering them to take control of their well-being. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the Physician Assistant Board of California and is an active member of professional organizations such as the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Yadira Marin
Yadira is a highly skilled professional, licensed as both a Medical Assistant and an Aesthetician. With an impressive 12-year tenure in Medical Assistance and 6 years in Aesthetics, Yadira has been perfecting the art of personalized skincare. Her medical and aesthetic knowledge holistically addresses both the clinical and cosmetic aspects of skincare. She has performed Hydrafacials for the past 5 years. Yadira's wealth of experience is evident in her commitment to patient care, emphasizing personalized treatments that promote skin health and enhance natural beauty.
Mary Fishenfeld
After an extensive career in nursing, Mary brings with her collective experience as a Registered Nurse in Medical/Surgical, Emergency Room, Neuro Intensive Care, Burn Unit, Utilization Review, Quality Assurance as well as hospital administration in both New York City and Southern California. She is especially proud of working long-term with Dr. Helton to assist patients in meeting their aesthetic goals.
